The decision to go full time.
Hello Everybody,
My name is Ainsley - an emcee and a close-up magician who have been hosting for the past five years and performing magic for the past 14 years. Please bear with me as I write my first ever blog post (I have been told and I have always felt that I was never a good writer).
Believe it or not, I was never always an extrovert. I saw my first magic trick at the age of seven years old and was very intrigued as to how the magician made a coin appear out of thin air. I got really interested in the craft of entertaining people and started to pick up some tricks just to entertain the peeps around me.
Abracadabra hocus pocus, it was then I found out Ainsley actually wasn't all that introverted. While performing, I found my current love of hosting events and entertaining people on stage with my whacky self through games.
It's been a great journey so far. After getting a lot of good feedback from many supportive clients, I finally decided to take the big step of leaving the corporate world and to pursue my passion for entertaining on stage.
